The Crossroad Apartment Community has recently been completely renovated. Each unit has a updated kitchen with a subway tile backsplash and an open concept island to the Living and Dining room. The kitchens all have new energy efficient appliances with dishwasher, Mocha colored soft close solid wood cabinets with granite countertops and 42" wall cabinets to the ceiling to maximize cabinet space. The bathroom has the same Mocha colored vanity with granite top and the tub area has been updated with a subway tile surround. Every apartment comes complete with washer/dryer hookups, LVP throughout, ceiling fans in every room and six foot patio door leading to your private deck/patio

The Basics

Security Deposits:

Will always be equal to the first months rent except when pets or special circumstances are involved.

Amenities:

Each apartment has Luxury LVP flooring throughout & comes equipped with a oven, refrigerator, OTR microwave and dishwasher. We are centrally located close to parks and shopping.

Freebies:

The Landlord pays for water, sewer and trash services

Pet Policy:

We do allow small dogs & cats but have breed restrictions due to insurance regulations. There will be a non-refundable Pet Deposit of $350 required, in addition to any security deposit, and an extra $35 monthly for each pet. (2 pet limit)
